Frank T. Allen, Esq. (Of Counsel)

Mr. Frank T. Allen served seven years in the United States Air Force from which he was honorable discharged. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 and the U.S. Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (Atlanta, Georgia) in 1995. He received a B.S. Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law in Washington DC in 1994. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. Mr. Allen worked for several years as an Insurance Defense Lawyer for Rumberger, Kirk and Caldwell, one of the country’s top defense law firms before starting the Allen Firm PA and focusing on representing individuals in Civil Rights, Complex Business Litigation, Constitutional Law, Employment Law, Personal Injury and General Civil Litigation.
